01. Cleaning Process

As the process of making pre-canned fish begins, fresh raw fish is carefully selected. The fish are then subjected to a meticulous cleaning process which includes removing the gut and gills to ensure the fish is free from any impurities. Thorough washing is then carried out to cleanse the fish of any remaining debris, ensuring it meets our high standards for quality and taste. These critical steps are diligently followed to ensure that only the best quality fish is used in our pre-canned fish products.

02. Weighting & Pre Cooking

After the raw fish has been cleaned and washed, the next steps in our pre-canned fish-making process are cutting, weighing, filling, pre-cooking, and brine filling. The fish is carefully cut into desired portions, weighed to ensure consistent portions, and then filled into the cans. Pre-cooking is carried out to partially cook the fish, which helps to retain its flavor and texture during the canning process. Brine, a mixture of water, salt, and other seasonings, is then filled into the cans to enhance the taste and preserve the fish.
